12.5mg Psilocybe Cubensis Golden Teacher mushroom in a clear vegan capsule that is mixed with sprulina or mixed with oat flour.
Recommended regimen for micro-dosing is one capsule every three days, or twice a week. If you take daily there will be a diminished effect. We recommend taking the capsule in the morning or early afternoon.
The 12.5mg dosage level is intended to be “sub-threshold” and is highly unlikely to produce any noticeable psychedelic effects, except in highly sensitive people. Micro-dosing is intended to provide enhanced mood, positive feelings, reduced anxiety and better sleep patterns.
