Description
100mg Golden Teacher Psilocybe powdered mushroom in either a standard capsule (blue&white) mixed with spirulina or in a clear vegan capsule mixed with oat flour.
Recommended regime for systemic microdosing is one capsule every three days, or twice a week. If you take daily there will be a diminished effect. We recommend taking the capsule in the morning or early afternoon.
The 100mg dose can sometimes provide some slight psychedelic feelings, but they will be very minimal. Overall this dosage level is intended to be “sub-threshold” and not provide directly noticeable psychedelic effects. This dosage level is intended to provide enhanced mood, positive feelings, reduced anxiety and better sleep patterns.
